When Evangeline made her debut,
so did her companion, a little fluffy skunk curled up in her arms.
The FDQ Cover was perfect (Spring/Gothic
2008) and without a doubt we couldn't wait for the new
Gothic beauty to join our collections.
There was just one little problem
with that ... where was the skunk?
Yes, Mouette did come along in time,
but he was more of a sidekick,
than a woodland friend to cuddle.
He just wasn't what we had seen.

The
original photographed skunk, was made from resin, and although a good scale
to Evangeline, is top heavy and does not fit into a pose. Probably wired
into the chair for the FDQ cover, because when posed, chair, doll and skunk
fall forward - top heavy.
Sadly, we were left skunkless...until
today!

(RESIN)
Measured exact to the original resin
skunk, you can see
Evie has already welcomed her new
friend home.
Happy
to no longer be alone with just her thoughts on a dreary day.
*Please Note: I am supporting a new and very
talented artist. I am not collecting any fee or commission,
and do not want to be a part of any transactions.
I just know how perfect her work went into
my own collection, and wanted to offer the same to others.
